I am fed up with bspins I have had 3 separate deposit taken from me and not credit to my account the customer service is horrible and they are no help at all I want my money refunds asap

Customer Service is very bad. They hold me more than 7 days for withdrawl. I am not received withdrawl amount yet.

"Account update:• Withdrawal: $100.73• Reversed: $100.73• Voided: $80.08"I think this explains everything. It showed no bonus balance, I had 0.65$ left. I ran it up to 100$ (where the min. withdrawal was) and they STILL didn't want to pay me out.

The casino has a very different slot just the Thing that i like. I have only had one issue about a deposit issue, but the support fixed it very fast so the support is always there to help. Nofthing bad to say about the casino

First time i made my withdrawal and I was surprised how nice the Support Staff and helping me throughout the process of my withdrawal. They went above and beyond 10/10 💯 So if anyone hasn't sign up on Runewager then they're probably missing out a lot of good stuff!
